Returned merchandise is required to be in original, unworn condition, tags attached and accompanied by receipt. Returns made within 14 days of the order shipment date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment, you are responsible for paying for return shipping costs. No returns will be accepted after 14 days of the order shipment date.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped via a Standard Service, please allow 4 to 12 business days to be shipped. If an item is no longer available you will be refunded. Apparel and Jewelry orders over $200 will not be charged the Standard Shipping Fee. These rates are not applicable for orders shipped outside of the US. Free Shipping applies only to apparel and jewelry. Taxes do not count toward the Free Shipping total.
Accuracy Of Content
We have made every effort to ensure that the products are fairly described, that the product information is correct, and that the colours of our products are displayed as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will vary with the quality of your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your display will accurately reflect the colour of the product requested on delivery.
Hand-painted Items
All hand painted items are one-of-a-kind pieces. Once an order has been placed for a hand painted item of a particular design, the ordered item will be similar to but not an exact replica of the item on which the order was based. This is in order to maintain the uniqueness of each piece.
